国内商标查询是指商标注册申请人或其代理人在提出注册申请前，对其申请的商标是否与再先权利商标有无相同或近似的查询工作。

正式受理、审查阶段

形式审查通过 商标局发出受理通知书 实质审查;

商标局发出注册证。任何一个知名企业都会非常重视品牌的保护，想要品牌得到保护必须注册商标。

国内商标注册所需时间

商标注册递交申请需要3个月左右下受理通知书，9个月左右进入公告期，13个月左右下证书

The application of the trademark registration will take 3 months or so to accept the notice. It will enter the announcement period about 9 months, and the certificate will be under 13 months.

 

 

先对商标进行查询，如果在先没有相同或近似的，就可以制作申请文件，递交申请了；

First, the trademark is inquired, if there is no same or similar in the first place, you can make application documents and submit the application.

申请递交后3个月左右，商标局会给申请人下发一个申请受理通知书(这个期间叫形式审查阶段)。

About 3 months after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will send an application notice to the applicant (this period is called the form review stage).

形式审查完毕后，就进入实质审查阶段，这个阶段大概需9个月左右。

After the completion of the form review, it will enter the phase of the substantive review, which will take about 9 months.

如果实质审查合格，就进入公告程序(这个期间是3个月，也叫异议期间)

If the substantive examination is qualified, it will enter the announcement procedure (this period is 3 months, also called the dissenting period).

公告期满，无人提异议的。就可以拿注册证了。 以上顺利注册下来的时间一般在12-14个月左右
