第一阶段：形式审查

申请人想好名字，经代理机构检索，定好成功率高的合适名字后，申请人缴纳费用，一般于3日内（优质代理机构时间）提交到商标局申请，提交到商标局次日自动下发商标注册号。自申请日算起（代理机构提交至商标局的日期）约2个月下发《商标注册申请受理通知书》

第二阶段：实质审查

自申请日算起（代理机构提交至商标局的日期）9-12个月（多数情况）实质审查程序，审核通过了，初审合格，进入公告期；没有通过，下发驳回通知书。

第三阶段：公告期

初步审定核准的商标在实质审查结束后约3个月在《商标公告》上刊发《商标注册申请初步审定公告》。若该时间段内无人异议，在《商标公告》上刊发《商标核准注册公告》，自初审合格日期加3个月为注册日期。

第四阶段：印刷邮寄
